Elicia is a Partner at Airtree, a venture capital firm backing Aussie and Kiwi founders building the iconic technology companies of tomorrow. Elicia has been part of the investment team since 2016 and is passionate about supporting ANZ’s most ambitious technology founders right from the start of their journey and bringing wider diversity and inclusion to the tech and VC ecosystem. She has led investments into health-tech startups Kismet and Human, robotic AI technology Abyss, agtech platform Regrow, SaaS workforce intelligence platform Reejig and more. Prior to Airtree, Elicia worked in enterprise software most recently at LinkedIn and previously at a startup in the not for profit industry. Elicia started her career in investment banking and has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney.
