Milind helps enterprises rapidly navigate the shift to the age of AI. He is Principal AI Scientist at Mercedes-Benz, where he leads AI transformation across 30+ countries and has delivered more than 20 AI systems and 10 generative AI applications with measurable commercial outcomes. His career spans close to 20 years across management consulting, founding teams and operational leadership, including advising governments on policy, leading transactions worth more than USD 70 billion, building a startup for a private equity fund through to a USD 2 billion exit, and turning around a loss-making company as Managing Director.

He co-hosts The AI Visionary Podcast, is published in MIT Technology Review, and is co-authoring a book on building AI-ready organisations with CRC Press. Milind holds three Master's degrees, including a Master in Management AI from Queen's University and a Master of Science in Transport and Logistics from TU Munich. He sits on the advisory board of the AI for Good Foundation.
