Nadine ‘Noodles’ Groves, or Noodles as she prefers, has 3 decades experience in technology leadership across Optus, Vocus and Google with a focus on the Public Sector. Noodles has since pivoted to a portfolio career as COO and Co-Founder of Natural Velocity - an ecosystem enabling 1,000 founders to thrive in ethical AI and technology innovation. And the occasional empowerment speaking role as the Founder of Stand tall and own it.

A Director on the national board of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) Australia’s peak body for the ICT, Noodles also serves on the Victorian State Council as Deputy Chair. Bridging the divide between government policy and industry growth, guiding a prosperous future for Australians through technology.

An avid porphyrophile (purple lover) Noodles is a bubbly, collaborative, passionate and curious individual, focussed on digital skills advocacy, connecting silos, creating pathways, protecting intellectual property and challenging norms in her own Noodley way!

Outside of ‘work’, Noodles is a Motorsport enthusiast enjoying off-road car rallies, championing young driver education and community activation through grassroots motorsport.
