Natalia is Chair of the Future Law Working Group at the Australasian Society for Computers & Law (AUSCL), a supporting partner. AUSCL is a multidisciplinary, intergenerational think tank aiming to co-design the future of law, technology, and society, and is honoured to have The Honourable Michael Kirby AC CMG as its patron. The Future Law working Group collaborates with C-suite executives, regulators, academics, lawyers, GRC, and technology professionals to advance thought leadership on topics such as responsible AI, regulatory infrastructure and digital twins, and next-generation contracting (also known as "live" or "smart legal contracts").
In her day job, Natalia leads a legal AI transformation strategy and solutions business focused on lifting the strategic value of in-house legal and enterprise contracting functions. In previous lives, Natalia led the APAC Law Innovation Hub at EY, served as General Counsel for a retail-sector scale-up, and was a distinguished fellow at the Centre for Legal Innovation, focusing on digital contracting for net zero.
