Peita Davis

Peita Davis is Director, Skills, Education and Research at the Business Council of Australia (BCA), where she leads policy and advocacy on skills, workforce development, AI capability, innovation and R&D for 130 of Australia’s largest employers. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Future Skills Organisation, the Jobs and Skills Council for Australia’s tech, finance and business sectors.

Prior to joining the BCA, Peita spent 15 years at the centre of Australian government, including as a senior intelligence analyst at the Office of National Intelligence. She has also founded and operated an e-commerce business. Peita holds a Master of Strategic Affairs from the Australian National University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
