Rob Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Quaxit, an Australian company developing a new approach to behavioural measurement, calibration and governance for Artificial Intelligence.

With a background in software engineering, fintech and cloud platform architecture, he has devoted the past several years to working with leading-edge AI systems and tooling, and researching how agent behaviour can be precisely measured and controlled separately from the underlying model’s capabilities. His work combines psychometrics, statistical modelling and full-stack platform engineering to produce vendor-neutral behavioural specifications that support AI governance, compliance and enterprise deployment.
