Yasminka Nemet serves as Future Skills Lead at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, where she leads strategic partnerships between government, industry, and education to ensure equitable access to digital skills for all ages. With over 25 years of experience in the K–12 and post-secondary sectors across Australia and the United States, she brings deep expertise in designing scalable, inclusive initiatives that address the evolving workforce demands of the digital economy. Yasminka has played a key role in shaping the Institute of Applied Technology – Digital, the NSW Digital Skills and Workforce Compact, as well as spearheading numerous partnerships and programs that fuse industry and education to prepare the workforce of tomorrow.
